The chemical reaction/hormones that is initiated during the burst is what burns the fat the next 36 to 48 hours. It works every time unless your hormones are completely dis-regulated. If that is the case call our office for an appointment 724-940-7733.

For weight/fat loss do nothing at all. But if you like other things go ahead and still do it but it may work against you for fat loss muscle gain however it can still be healthy if you are not pushing it to hard. Plus other activities like riding your bike etc. are just fun!!!

does the 10 min workout work when doing weights? for example do 3-4 sets at high intensity that last the 30-60 seconds. will u still burn the fat for the next 36 hours?

if you are supposed to rest the next day, do you do something lite? or nothing at all?

It all makes sense now. I’ve just started doing the HIIT with my cardio and I’ve been trying to make sense of it. I didn’t understand it and now it’s all clear. Thanks!
