he’s rite walking does burn alot of fat when i use to work as a cart boy walking around in a store parking lot gathering carts i lost alot of wieght
how much time should we walk? fast or slow? how many times a week?
i absolutely agree with kevin, walking is awesome both for fitness and just a sense of overall well-being. i’m lucky enough to live near a couple parks with good trails and i love getting up in the morning and heading out through the woods for an hour. a lot of people knock walking because it’s so simple but if they’d just do it and keep with it they would discover the benefits.
what’s best is doing a fast-pace running for 1 minute than walking for one minute…the way cardio is supposed to work is that the more oxygen you get into your body…doing sequence running then sequence walking will burn 2X faster
running burns sugar then after all thats gone fat
walking in the woods would be nice if they had woods within a 500 mile radius of where i live……..SERIOUSLY BRO……
This was very inspirational and uplifting, I may incorporate some of this into my fitness competion
Thanks for this

great vid, I’m walking right NOW!
Now I can also work out harder and faster for longer periods of time, but walking about an hour a day, is always part of my workout no matter what. I loose about 14 pounds a month and work out about 2 to 3 hours a day between 4 to 6 days a week.
I couldn’t agree more with you kevin. I used to swim almost 3 hours a day, 5 times a week and the weight was still there, I was getting bulkier, then I went into a sedantary lifestyle for about a month and gained 20 pounds quickly. Walking one hour a day is helping me get rid of the fat without killing myself or my joints.
you mean running dont you? im pretty sure running(or jogging) is better than walking
dont be so lazy..RUN
why are people giving thumbs down to that comment ? he´s right !
I agree. I’m planning to do a 4-5 day hike called “West highland way” and a 2-3 day hike called “St. Cuthberts” again.
However I don’t think it’s the best.
Thank you for your inspiration!

Walking is great … I aim to walk every where I can and go for at least 2 to 3 long walks a week. Great video thanks!
pshh…i knew that
Great videos. Are you still making them? They’re great and I love them!! I took your advice and I found a trail literally 1/4 mile from my house. Instead of walking in the house or on the treadmill or in the neighborhood, I’m in nature.
I just love these 50 second quick fixes. I try to apply them as often as I can. Keep up the good work Kevin and AnnMarie!!
I agree, feeling fantasic is the object of life! I think youve found the meaning of existance! Gna go for a walk in the woods!
Thank you, someone who makes sense!
i agree with this guy but i like to hit the weights pretty hard
Now its true that walking burns fat. In fact, walking burns more fat than running, but this does not make it the “best exercise”. First, to determine what the “best exercise” for you is, we’d have to know what you’re trying to accomplish. But then what do I know… I’m only a doctor of kinesiology and sports physiology. Not a “trainer”.
is it really the best exercise for you?if so,how long would you have to walk?
