hey im 22 5’4 180 pound female, would like to take of 25 30 pounds buy july my total cholesterol is 108 out of 200mg/dl witch is great i dont eat bad.just need to get my motabalisum going would like to loss 2 pounds a week. would that be healty for some one like me who dose not excercied regulerly,i have no heart condesions of any kind is it posible for me to lose that much wight buy july and what is the best way for me to go about it
