You know when you were a kid, you use to do “Bear Crawls” up the stairs. Try getting down on all 4′s and quickley climb the stairs for a great full body exercise, plus its low impact.

instead of three large meals eat small meals like a sandwich every 4 hours that will keep your metabolism going constantly and increase calorie burning in ur body

Hey there. Start exercising intensively in the morning. It doesn’t have to be a long exercise. 15 minutes of faster running that gets your heart rate going before you do anything else on that day will dramatically boost your metabolism for the rest of the day. That should be your first step.

hey im 22 5’4 180 pound female, would like to take of 25 30 pounds buy july my total cholesterol is 108 out of 200mg/dl witch is great i dont eat bad.just need to get my motabalisum going would like to loss 2 pounds a week. would that be healty for some one like me who dose not excercied regulerly,i have no heart condesions of any kind is it posible for me to lose that much wight buy july and what is the best way for me to go about it
