Congrats, nimenialturo, you did it the right way. Speedy weight loss actually hurts your body as much as it helps. The gradual rate you used ensured that you got the maximum benefit from your effort. Now if we could only convince the rest of the world to do the same. Would be a much better place IMHO. :)

I enjoy walking backward. It strengthens my legs, improves my balance and helps my lower back. But you cannot do it for very long distances without a break. Here’s how I do it. I walk forward from one end of a field to the other end, making sure there are no rocks or holes I might trip over. Then I walk backward the length of the field, then forward, then backward again. It strengthens the front of the legs and knees.

Exercising is a waste of time. Everybody eventually dies. The government only wants the masses to exercise so they will feel healthy and possibly live a tad longer thereby increasing the amount of revenue for the government. Not only do I get bored and irritable watching people exercise, but also rather tired. Enough already.

BELIVE IT OR NOT i was 150 kgs at the height of 6 feet and 2 inches and my waist was 60 inches and i lost 30 kgs and 10 inches in 1 and a half month and in 1 year i was completely changed. Good job.I used to have a fat stomach until I found this site. It is a great program that helped me lose the fat I had. It tells you exactly how to do great workouts, awesome diet tips and it told me what I was doing wrong before.
There is an entire section devoted to helping women lose the weight they want.

f*ck that , i run 35-45 minutes every day in my park area probably 6-8 miles , and i feel great …. i exercise in the evenings … i do push ups , pull ups , abs, squats etc.
lost 45 pounds in 2 and a half years , because i did everythign SLOW so it became a habit , i started from a slow jog a week to now 7 days a week of running.

I lost a condisderable amount of weight about three years ago (60 pounds) and I have kept about most of it off. The first couple months were slow, I counted calories and added light exercise to my daily routine. The last few months the pounds just fell right off because I began walking 2 to 4 miles daily.
