If you love carbs you should eat them. The food is not to blame. Hunger and fullness is all you have to follow. I’ve lost 21 pounds so far, and still going. Many others have too. Plus, best of all, I’m totally happy and satisfied! I’m not a slave to dieting, it’s a lifestyle, and new way to look at food. Try it out! It’s called the Weigh Down Diet. (diet meaning food intake, not controlling food)

Congrats on your success and proving that for those good days you had control over what you put in your mouth. It is about that control that will make you successful long-term and allow you to eventually add those foods higher carb foods back into your diet.
